– Proficient in working with the latest equipment on the market, such as energy-efficient systems and advanced electronic controls.
– Perform diagnostic tests and repairs using modern diagnostic equipment, ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently.
– Understand and implement the latest industry standards, codes, and regulations.
– Expertise in gas heating systems, as well as smart thermostat integration and home automation compatibility.
– Provide superior customer service by communicating clearly with clients, offering solutions, and ensuring their heating systems meet optimal performance standards.

Qualifications:
– Must have a minimum of 4+ years of experience as a lead tech.
– Proven experience in residential heating services with a deep understanding of the latest technological advancements in the industry.

We are looking for a seasoned Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in underground plumbing, roughing in full houses, and reading blueprints. This is a leadership role that requires the ability to manage projects independently, including overseeing helpers efficiently without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
– Perform underground plumbing work, ensuring proper installation and compliance with local codes and standards.
– Read and interpret blueprints, planning out the job layout and identifying any challenges before work begins.
– Rough in full residential houses, including sewer, water, and gas lines.
– Independently run jobs from start to finish, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
– Manage and train helpers on-site, ensuring high-quality work while maximizing productivity.
– Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
– Troubleshoot and resolve any plumbing issues that arise during rough-in or installation.

Qualifications:
– Must have a minimum of 4+ years of experience as a lead tech.
– Proven experience in residential plumbing, with a strong focus on underground plumbing and full house rough-ins.
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and execute plumbing plans with minimal supervision.
